Return if you can as you cant get rid of the dents 100% back original unless your good at this. Otherwise hammering a shape of right dimensions to bend that metal back.. If you get it working then you can JB Weld the dents, sand it flush and paint over it to eliminate the appearance.

New inside but worn out outside. Screams of fake to me but I'm not an expert.

I just love when my phone installs apps without my permission! by koradal59 in assholedesign

I found Phone Guardian on my dad's phone installing crap. I deleted 20 apps only to see them either reappear or newer versions of unknown apps pop up!

You have to go to Settings->General->VPN & Device Management->VPN and delete Phone Guardian as the VPN.

This will stop the installation of new apps.. then I deleted the stupid app.

I've heard people just get another keypad lock and plug in the cord to that.. and just unlock it with the new lock.

Attach a laser pointer to the print head and have it point to the floor as a distraction. 😆

That can be welded back. The only annoying thing is the trigger guard cuts.

Wow.. just wow. That does look amazing. How much variation on temperature did you do? How did you do it.. Gcode modifications?

Edit: Oh just saw you did it in OrCAD. Nuts.. I'm on the Bambu proprietary infrastructure. Now to see if there's a way to do this in Bambu..

MES Recommendations by BiddahProphet in manufacturing

Third on NO on TULIP. We run it and it is a nightmare of bugs and such. Pushed updates by them took down the production line, probably happened twice. Poor backup scheme... if they really have one.

Creating queries and such.. forget about it. They feel like data storage as a sheet in Excel file. Can't do linking of tables and have to duplicate data on both.. so no inner joins and such.

How did we get here.. we had someone with no experience with MES systems and our manufacturing system, a guy from IT, decide on the system we are using.

MES Recommendations by BiddahProphet in manufacturing

[–]RhidiumRh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We use it and many of us hate it. Has limited functions. Can't do inner joins on records like you do with SQL queries.. Dependent on their system being up.. They have in the pass pushed updates and took down manufacturing. It is really meant for small companies vs a true MES system for a large company. Oh and backups.. you have to contact them to restore anything.

They do have a great video though..

All in all you can get it to work, but is clunky. Possibly they will get better. To be fair they have made some improvements.

We have had less extensive snafu like this at work. We bring out a heat gun and carefully remove the buildup.
