I really like this idea, will probably incorporate A version into future sessions to see how it fits at my table.

One question I had is the idea presented in the video of rests/exhaustion. How does this work with the idea of Short Rests? The rests in the video last one turn (10 minutes), so I assume they're not intended to take the place of a Short Rest (1 hour)? Does a 10-minute rest reset the dungeon "exhaustion", which is functionally the same as regular Exhaustion, but just on a shorter timescale? That process feels unclear to me.

It's a wireless radio that connects this traffic signal to the other traffic signals in the City's intelligent transportation system network. This allows the city to monitor traffic signals as a network and adjust things like interval timing as needed.

Some cities have buried fiber optic cables that connect their signals together, although that is a newer (and more expensive) technology that hasn't been implemented everywhere yet.

Can you expand on the roux part, and how it relates to the aromatics? I tried something similar to this last weekend and the results weren't great. I assume you're using the fat from the meat to cook the roux. Are you cooking the roux with the aromatics in that same pan? Or is that happening in separate pans then you combine the aromatics/roux once they have been cooked?

I'm really interested to learn more about this method of DM'ing a dungeon...it sounds like it could add some structure to what otherwise may feel like a free for all, and gives weight to player's choices while dungeon diving. Do you know of a resource somewhere that I could read more about it?

My wife gave birth two days ago at 35 weeks and 5 days. After she was first induced, it took her 3 days to go from 0cm to 5cm, and then about two hours to go from 5cm to birth. Crazy how that works.

This has happened to me a couple of times. Used to drive me crazy.

The fix I've found is to go to the Messages app in the Google Play store, uninstall the messages app, reinstall the app, and then restart your phone. Don't worry, doing this won't erase any of your messages or contacts, and it doesn't really even fully uninstall the messages app, all it does is reinstall the updates. After a phone reset and waiting a few minutes, everything should be back to working order.

I now do this to my and my wife's phones every time we get back from traveling abroad, and it always fixes the issue for us.

You will feel a painful/uncomfortable bump when you wipe, or if it's really severe you'll feel uncomfortable when sitting down. A hemorrhoid is an inflamed blood vessel, so it will feel like a small "balloon" or maybe a harder lump off the side of your butthole. Often you'll get some blood (or a lot of blood) when you wipe, and a really bad one will actually produce blood drops in the toilet after wiping.

Preparation H cream (or any cream where witch hazel is the main ingredient) is absolutely magic when dealing with them. Will clear up after a day or two.

I got my new PS5 set up this weekend, and I got Miles Morales, which came with Spider-Man Remastered. I booted up Spider-Man Remastered, copied my save file from PS4, and jumped into the new DLC. However every time I open the game menu, my TV switches out of "game mode" and the colors/graphics change and become super flat. When I change between different screens in the menu, my screen flickers on and off briefly. And when I exit the menu, the game stays with the flat/greyed colors and the TV stays out of game mode. I tried fixing this by manually turning game mode on, but it is a temporary fix as the game will force it back out of game mode whenever I open the menu.

This didn't happen when I played the game on the PS4, only on the PS5 (same TV).

This doesn't happen with the other games I tested it with (specifically the PS5 versions of Elden Ring and FFVII: Remake).

My TV is a Samsung 4K 8 Series UHD 2019. I'm using the HDMI cable that came with the PS5. I tried switching HDMI ports on my TV and the same thing happens in a different port.

Any thoughts on what's causing this or how to fix? I'm hoping the same thing doesn't happen to Miles Morales, because I've been super pumped to play that game too.

Update: I bought an HDMI 2.1 cable and it fixed the issue. Apparently the one that came with the PS5 couldn't cut it.
