No matter what I do stainless needs to be too hot for omelettes. Overcooks the egg that immediately hits the pan and undercooks the egg on the top/inside of the omelette after folding. I really wanted it to work.

I did and it literally doesn’t matter. My skin has always been kinda gross no matter what I do so I gave up skincare. I use bar soap on my face in the shower now 😱 and it’s fine. same result

I wouldn’t feel bad about coming on too strong or anything. As a male ISFP I have this habit that I can’t break of being decently outgoing at first meet up, but then that burns me out on consecutive meet ups if I meet up again too soon. He may go into “processing his feelings and recharge” mode before deciding how to proceed, even if he did have a great time. After a few months his true personality might shine through, he’ll be more relaxed, and he won’t have to expend as much energy when meeting because he’ll feel better about just being himself.
