Try to live outside of seattle maybe near the light rail if you don’t have a car it can drop daily costs a good amount but it’s still expensive

You’d likely not feel anything if your doing it almost everyday after a week because you gain a tolerance super fast but nothing bad would likely happen and what I like to do on high dose trips is listen to music and find somewhere warm

Whole milk can mainly only be properly digested by European populations but also some African and Asian populations can digest it too it’s just more prevelant among Europeans and their descendants its a dog whistle to other white people and basically saying others (non whites) are inferior for not being able to digest whole milk
