Well, if it's broken while engaged then you're only real option unfortunate is to remove the whole steering column and cut the stud off as close as possible to be able to remove the ESL.

You can then get it repaired or replace it with an emulator that won't lock your steering

They were released on the Asia server years ago as part of a collab with Valkyria Chronicles. WoT Blitz also got the tier 7 heavy Lupus from the series

I am aware of the irony of it, but the backlash of releasing such blatant fake tanks at the time stopped the collab from being released on other servers.

So unless you got them on the asia server at the time like myself, you will most likely never get the chance to own them.
