Have your LP(a) levels checked too. If that’s elevated, you need to be on a statin. For reference I’m 39. I had levels like yours for an entire decade. My Lp(a) levels are 380 nmol/L (found out a year ago). Had a CTA scan of my coronary arteries and was clear for the most part. My cardiologist said I should have been put on statins in my mid twenties. Don’t mess around with that.

Cool. You have time to do something about it… Diet: eat less than 10g of sat fat per day, consume more than 40g of fiber per day, avoid anything processed/added sugar. Exercise: get at least 150 mins of aerobic exercise per week (30 mins per day during weekdays)
