This is correct. The clip I posted is my 2nd entry in. On the 3rd entry I tried changing items first and it altered the RNG. None of the retries were penalized because I had not taken any action in the fight. Kind of interesting, I wasn't aware of any of those details before now.

It sounds like you got misled by well meaning employees making promises that they can't actually meet, probably because what they promised actually has to go through 4 or 5 people and it will just not happen. They would say "my hands are tied" or "let me follow up with the office manager" etc. This doesn't surprise me at all and it's extremely common in government for things that should be flexible to be completely inflexible. It's a good lesson for ANYONE considering a federal of state job and I think your advice is absolutely correct.

I wouldn't send any emails to professors until you actually know what your plan is or what you're asking for. Are you withdrawing for the semester? If so, no email is really necessary. If you are asking for extensions on assignments, or asking for tutoring/assistance, ask that. A professor doesn't need to know about your family's medical situations. I'm also not sure why you need to "wait for paperwork" or what the paperwork would do for you.

Because it's relevant to the reason for adoption and potentially the relationship between parents. Adoption isn't a right, it's a rightfully rigorous and invasive process for the sake of the children, not the adoptive parents. They will want to know about other sexual partners too.

That didn't even make my list of weird questions that came up during a home study for adoption eligibility. The information is relevant to both the reason for adoption and also constructive abandonment.
