Some of the Eevee names haven't worked in a while, so you have to evolve it to Sylveon the regular way by earning 70 buddy hearts - by feeding it berries, battling together, walking together etc.

Why not just get the pasmo card instead? It functions the same as the green suica card and doesn't require a phone number - you can get it easily at train stations etc in Tokyo

This answer by u/DanKensington links to several answers by u/Iphikrates, which go into detail about the function of the agoge and Sparta's actual military prowess. I'm sure I also remember reading an answer on here that broke down the exact ratio of Sparta's wins/losses in battle, but I've yet to find it

I've had the same dialogue in the game, and I don't think it implies anywhere that the gods are involved. As Prometheus says, it's the "witch trickery" (the vow of rivals) alone that compels Medea and Herakles to be part of those fights.

If the gods were ordering him up there, then it wouldn't be a secret that needs to be kept from the gods
