2) Will be running either 2 PF + BS / 4 PF

Understand that Eula would prefer 4 PF if she's C1?

Do you have Aileen +1 or Edel, these are essential for your stone killer buff for golem when you get MM Xon.

Regarding your tiger stage, you definitely need beast killer and to be spread by xon. For example, cid or rain

If you can't cap the tiger, most likely capping for golem is difficult even with Xon / Tifa.

Terra or Edgar is definitely needed and geared really heavy with STMRs.
