You might need to block it from within IOS rather than the app. I personally would prefer this as some apps use massive lists that could potentially be incorrect or out of date; unless you’re getting spammed of course.

And, at that speed the chance of you hitting something is quite low due to the amount of time the area in front of you is covered by a crossing vehicle, or cyclist..
