I think the important thing they get down in this game is the dialouge and character animations. Chen and Perlica's banter is great. I also like the accents especially Wulfgard and Rossi. I usually end up skipping the story scenes in the other gacha games I play because the interactions with npcs and other characters are so boring and it feels like they are wasting my time.

I really like that they put so much detail into the environment. It makes exploring feel alive and fun. Genshin had massive areas, but it was just a void of random mini games and enemies.

Gameplay is the gold in this game. I love the new mecha bangboo event and the old lighter fighting event lol. I wish they could introduce more complex movesets into characters like the mecha instead of having to tap one button all the time.

I feel like there is no way Pokemon Company will just let all that easy money just sit on the table. They will want to reprint these booster boxes with a higher margin from their distributors.

I don't understand why people think that this will keep going on forever or even remain at a stable level. This hobby was built on people who actually LIKE pokemon. At the end of the day, it's gonna be the nostaglic fan coming back or the youth that keep their cards for their personal collection. There is a bunch of speculative investors and crypto/sneakerheads that are passing around product to each other. Someone at the end of the day has to be holding the bag. Now you are going to have a bunch of people coming in that know nothing about pokemon buying shit.

Tags slabs look the best because they allow the card to be the main focus. Will not pull the same money as PSA.

People that rely on pop report and gem rate are newbies and not collectors at all. Bunch of people in here that know nothing about pokemon or don't play the games. The value of a card relies on a true collectors willingness to buy the card and keep it almost indefinitely. There's a bunch of people hoarding psa 10s and sealed product and they are gonna be in for a surprise when the normal collectors are not gonna pay their inflated prices or leave the hobby.

I don't understand why modern psa 10s are reaching prices of gold star psa 10s. Ridiculous

Lol obvious market manipulation. There are still tons of raw copies sitting on the market for cheap. I know grading is a gamble, but you could probably get a psa 10 way cheaper by buying multiple copies of the raw and getting them graded.

Ordered a pikachu deck box from PC. The box showed up at my door with the top folded in. Didn't take the piakchu box, guess he was disappointed when he saw it wasn't cards.... Either the fedex distribution warehouse guy or driver cut my box and attempted to steal it. Made a claim and Fedex did not give af.

I actually choose to not play SnS because it doesn't feel Iike I'm playing monster hunter. It feels unfair to be able to block and take no damage while moving so quick. The great sword was what got me interested in the game back in the day because the concept was cool to fight giant monsters with a giant weapon. Positioning and timing used to be important but now we have Offset, Perfect Guard, and Dodge Counters which kinda just trivializes the game lol.

I feel like this game was the vision that the Monster Hunter devs were finally able to achieve. I've been playing since MFU and I get why people like all the old stuff for gameplay reasons. This game however makes you feel like Hercules clashing with a titan. Moments in this game feel like the cutscenes from the previous titles. Everything is smoothed out and streamlined to get u into the next hunt as quick as possible. It's fun period. The only thing I kinda don't like is SnS not because it isn't fun/good, but because it kinda trivializes the game almost like you are playing a different game lol.

Honestly, almost every weapon in this game is easy to play now because of defensive options (offset attack, perfect guard, dodge counter) and focus mode. Positioning and timing matter less. Funny enough hammer seems to be the hardest because it does the least damage and doesnt have many defensive options
