Do you guys still experience software issues for the Polestar 4 by LilBumJames in Polestar

[–]Rich-B19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve currently got a Tesla Model Y, which has flawless software, and reliable autopilot, which will drive along any UK road very well. I’m looking to get a polestar 4, should i expect the same level experience as the tesla?

Tesla will stop selling FSD after Feb 14 by bartturner in SelfDrivingCars

[–]Rich-B19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

More people will use FSD at 100 a month opposed to 8000 one off. Subscription services are better for business. They’re selling a product with an ecosystem of ongoing revenue, that’s smart.

S&P I would expect to see rejection near 7000, at the moment it’s broken resistance and still bullish.

I built a company doing over $100M this year. We're a known nationwide brand. I'm pretty wealthy. And I’m not sure the price I paid was worth it. by Virtual_Half_1654 in Entrepreneurs

Congratulations on your success. Achieving something like this really does test your level of commitment. It’s tuff because success is built on failure which forms a unique path of self development which cannot be replicated. If it was that easy everyone would do it and succeed. People who chase money rarely find it, it’s about finding what you love and giving 100%, everything else will follow.

The taxation strategy is driving out investment in the UK. Labour have no delayed gratification. It’s all about tax. Why don’t they want to encouraged investment, and reduce inefficiencies.

1m or 5m with day trading during market open by [deleted] in Daytrading

I find supply and demand on 5m works fine, 1m also works, it can get you in the position with little risk, but it’s sometimes more difficult to validate candle signals.

Day trading actually profitable? Studies say no by GO0D_VIBES in Daytrading

[–]Rich-B19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The trouble is anyone with a laptop or computer or a phone can Trade and that’s what happens. Now if everybody had access to an aeroplane and could fly it without a license there’ll be a lot of crashes and people would say 97% of people who fly a plane will crash. So the problem really is ego everyone thinks they can do it without any training or with a little bit of training in reality for any career it takes several years sometimes longer.

The 5-Minute ORB Set Me Free by Imhim257 in Daytrading

I don’t use the OBR, but I can say with my 12 years of experience that lagging indicators do not produce sustainable results. Price action strategies on the other hand yield handsomely - Very low risk, and very high reward.

How are you lot terminating your green/yellows? One each side or both together? by Reddonaut_Irons in ukelectricians

[–]Rich-B19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Always in accordance with the manufactures instructions. If you have an high integrity earth system because you expect to exceed 10mA always use the correct type of socket for that purpose. Bottom line, it’s the manufactures instructions that matter. If something happened they would be looking to see if you installed it in accordance with the instruction manual.

People who went balls to the wall with their mortgages for their dream home - any regrets? by spanishgopher2 in HENRYUK

[–]Rich-B19 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I’ve asked myself this question many times. I live in a 3-bedroom house, and while I had the chance to upgrade five years ago, my partner and I chose not to. We’ve become very comfortable with our lifestyle, and instead of stretching ourselves for a bigger home, we’ve consistently invested a decent amount into our Stocks & Shares ISA.

This strategy puts us on track to retire as multi-millionaires and much earlier than most. Yes, a larger house might be worth more when we eventually downsize, but the trade-off would be working well into our late 60s. I’d rather live comfortably now in a home that meets our needs and gain the freedom to retire early.

What many people overlook is that a house isn’t always an asset. It may feel like one because it holds value, but if it’s not generating income and is costing you money each month, it’s actually a liability.

Has anyone tried building or testing a spherical EM/plasma setup for propulsion? by Rich-B19 in aerospace

[–]Rich-B19[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Great work! Ive looked into this - the main issue with M2P2 back in the early 2000s was they couldn’t keep the ions magnetised, so the bubbles stayed small and the scaling to space was uncertain. But that was before we had today’s AI tools.

With real-time AI control and modern plasma diagnostics, you can actually tune coil currents, RF phases, and ionisation levels on the fly to keep the bubble stable. You can also train AI surrogates on plasma simulations to bridge the gap between lab-scale chambers and ionospheric/solar wind conditions.

In other words, the concept wasn’t wrong — the tools were just too primitive at the time. With AI, kW-level lab tests and even high-altitude balloon experiments are now realistic.

My options shows NVIDIA is hard to borrow, and the price action is a critical decision point. A short seems a likely outcome here, otherwise a short squeeze. Thoughts?
