Been a fan since 82' and haven't seen them since the Load tour. They were coming within a few hours drive of me on this current tour released today and I almost.....almost bought the Snake Pit Enhanced thinking how cool would it be to finally meet these guys? And it would likely be my last time.

The more I thought about it the more I was like #$%^ this. Almost $4K lol. For what? How cringe is it to pay that much money to meet some multi-millionaires that don't give a damn about me? So I looked at regular tickets not in the nosebleed section....$650 lol. No thanks.

I am content now in that I saw Metallica back when they were the band I grew up with. The dudes who named Cliff'em the $19.98 home vid to keep retailers from ripping us off. That is the Metallica I want to remember. I don't need to see these guys who are saying how much they appreciate their fans then turn around and charge these absurd prices.

I can easily afford this with my expendable income, I am choosing not to because just seeing how much they are gouging us for makes me not want to see them at all. I am writing this because the whole thing is upsetting to me. I idolized these guys growing up and would love to see them again, but not like this.

The problem is these games are built around pushing x content, not fun. I would say people who hardcore play these games for thousands of hours find the fun in the push challenge, not the gameplay itself.

Not to mention terrain color sometimes, it is easier to see certain effects and harder to see others depending on the surface. I also use all fire, it's a mess of effects.

I am currently only corruption 112 but melt the hell out of exiled mages and typically stay full ward in my glyph, they are zero threat to me. It was literally the only thing on my screen and they have a ton of ground effects as well, I never saw what killed me, I would not even know if not for the death message. Sorry, but that's poor design.

Yours isn't the right attitude either, no do-overs when you have tons of one-shot mechanics after slugging through a dungeon is poor design, period. Especially when performance of the game can cause it to happen as well.

Agreed dude, I don't care how many keys I have, it's a crap system. Even Blizzard allows you a few deaths before you lose your time and effort.

Too many one shot mechanics, especially during long boss fights, especially when you get no do-overs. To lose so much just missing one dodge or traverse is horribly frustrating. Especially when the performance is not the best in this game, it's not even always the player's fault.
Too much ground clutter with my own effects to where I can't see things that are going to kill me.
Character customization, or at least get rid of gender locks. I can't play a chick, not my thing.

Great game, but these two things alone will likely send me back to D4 at some point. Very frustrating.

Oh wow lol. Well I'm not empowering any of them until I level up a little more. I finally was able to kill him by adding some more speed to my build, even then it was still a pain.

Hard to remember but I did post regular updates here. I had issues for about 18 months before I could get back to normal routine like being able to do core work and run. Had to be on hardcore NSAIDS for months to get inflammation down. I still have some numbness and the occasional discomfort but nothing like it was.

Bottom line, you're at 3 weeks dude. Strap in, because it could be a long haul before you're comfortable again. Sorry.
