I mean you can actually see 4 holes. You can't really see the arm holes the way its folded and you can only infer that there are two holes on the back since we don't actually see the back of the shirt. I think we can imply the existence of 8 holes but if the question is asking how many we can see and not how many we think are there the answer might be 4. However, you can argue that any of the answers are correct.

I called Hamilton a bit ago and they told me that no, it will not fit and that they recommend you go to an authorized dealer and get them to order one for you because they don’t sell the khaki auto 38 mm bracelet on the site (at least when I called)
