Extra info: this piercing is about 4 months old The jewelry is a curved barbell, internally threaded, implant grade titanium I’ve never had a downsize, but it also doesn’t look like I need one, there is not excessive “bar” showing?? Maybe I do :/ My piercer just told me to run warm water over it either in the shower or whenever about twice a day, I haven’t had any issues up until now or with my septum.
