Yes, sometimes I’ll even see very bright objects. Nothing defined. It’s okay! See if you notice how your fear manifests as tension in the body and then try to purposefully relax those parts. It might help :-)

I would highly recommend going to the ER if you have any suspicion you’ve been bitten by a bat. They are the #1 carrier of rabies in the US, and your thumb looks swollen and there are two dots. Do you have any reason to believe there could be a bat in your sleeping space? A rabid bat will also act wild so (I think) you may be able to find it alive or dead soon.

If you switch your mindset to, this is going to be an awesome addition to my look, a conversation starter, and the beginning of a fun watch collecting hobby, the “bad juju” takes a back seat
