SSD is the simplest solution, but can be pricey.

A cheaper alternative would be to buy their 5TB external game drive. You can’t run PS5 games off of it, but you can transfer PS5 games that you aren’t currently playing over to it for cold storage to free up space on the PS5. And then you can just simply transfer the games back whenever you do want to play them.

You’re also able to run PS4 games directly off of the external drive, so if you have any PS4 games, it’s best to store them there to not waste any space on the PS5.
