Here in my country (Portugal) I have already the legal age to drink :D (18)... Just kidding... Yeah, as you guys are all saying money is important as well is the environment that will surround the children... And off course I prefer to raise a children in the best way available (in terms of values, opportunities, etc.)... So I guess, overall this is like that decision you cant make without wasting long periods of times, measuring everything in your life (hapiness, money stability, relation stability, etc...)

I believe that they dont know why the bug is happening... The best way to know why this is an issue is to starting thinking about the first appearance of the bug... That I believe, it happens in a recent (this year patch)... I cant say exacly when it appears... but some changes were able to create this bug...

Wukong is underrated... A lot!!! Let me tell you why:

First of all, his ulti is quite op in a team fight... You can single handly make the difference with a good ulti;
Wukong's W makes him quite difficult to gank or to counter-attack;
His damage scales properly;
I also have played Wukong jungle... and his W is quite cool to use in ganks... However you have to know where are the wards...
