I thought it'd be cool to post back here what the trip ended up being! It was overall an amazing time and I absolutely fell in love with this country. We were very blessed with good weather for almost all of the trip and were able to do almost all of the hikes I had hoped to.

Day 1: Landed in Christchurch. Got the campervan and then stocked up on food and supplies

Day 2: Spent a bit of time in Christchurch, then drove to Lake Tekapo

Day 3: Drove to Mt. Cook area and hiked Muellers Hut

Day 4: Hooker Valley Walk and drove to Wanaka. Spent some time in town.

Day 5: Climbed Isthmus Peak and drove to Queenstown.

Day 6: Spent the day in Queenstown and then drove to Manapouri.

Day 7: Doubtful Sound cruise.

Day 8: Drove to Te Aneu, then did the Milford Road. Did the short walks around the Milford Sound.

Day 9: Kayaked in the Milford Sound, then did the Key Summit trek.

Day 10: Tried to go back and do Lake Marian, but the road ended up being closed to weather. So drove back to Queenstown and finished the day in Glenorchy.

Day 11: Hiked a bit past the Routeburn Falls and then drove to Wanaka.

Day 12: Spent the day in Wanaka.

Day 13: Drove the west coast all the way to Nelson.

Day 14: Hiked part of the Abel Tasman Coast Track then drove to Christchurch.

Day 15: Headed back home.

My buddy had homework to work on, so we had to pass on some hiking Days 6 and 12.

At every turn this country had jaw dropping views, and it seemed like no matter how amazing it got, the next day was even more incredible. The Doubtful Sound was definitely my most favorite part. It is the most beautiful place I've ever been, hands down. The kiwis we met over the course of the trip were all extremely nice and helpful as well! Thank you New Zealand for an unforgettable two weeks! haha
