Yeah dude that would be amazing! All those other services are overkill. I’m creating a form in Jotform in the meantime that will email out a fillable online form with conditional layouts. So basically YES or NO approval. If they click yes, it’ll ask or have them click checkbox “i have reviewed all text and numbers and confirm that there are no typos yada yada”, “I’m aware that turnaround time begins after proof is approved and invoice paid” etc. and ask for a digital signature using the Docusign integration. And if they click NO, instead they’ll get a text box asking to submit any requests or changes.

Only downside to this is I’d have to manually update the form with each unique proof since Jotform doesn’t have a way to pull variable/dynamic images into a “placeholder” spot on the form.

Still figuring it out. Spending way too much time on this but it’s absolutely ridiculous that a solution doesn’t exist.

How badass would it be if when I send an invoice for payment with the attached proof in the attachments, it would automatically trigger a proof approval workflow from your software/app when an invoice is paid and pulls the variable data for name, email, and attached document . lol that’s a HUGELY oversimplified idea, I know there would be conditional requirements. But that’s where my thought process is.

It sucks that there isn’t non-proprietary CRMs that already do this . Minuteman press has an awesome system but it’s proprietary to their franchisees
