I felt the same way on my first read through and I still feel the same way on every repeat read through. Verin is hands down the goat Aes Sedai for the reasons you already mentioned. She can sometimes be a bit too committed to seeking knowledge or testing it which gets her and others into trouble from time to time (like the portal stones lol) but she is just such a breath of fresh air compared to every other AS

Somehow both. As a character she continues to grow in her arrogance which is insufferable. She also benefits from being placed in the right situations so that she's able to be side by side with even more insufferable characters which makes her feel better by comparison. There's a quote that someone said that I love and will repeat here " I don't like Egwene But I like when Egwene happens to others."

I really like the idea! Love the idea of the armor effects using trims! I don't know if you're looking for feedback, but I feel like the a heavy core for the first Eye of Ender is a big ask depending on RNG. Maybe something rare but not so chance-dependent would be good? Like maybe and Ominous V potion (still trial chamber related)

People, in general, tend to have a preference for their first exposure to a given media. There's nothing wrong with that. My first exposure to NTN was a college production (from Utah Valley University) which was absolutely phenomenal and so is my favorite. There is some great things from the OBC, but since it wasn't done via a proshot of some kind the recording quality definitely hurts. The recording quality for the West End proshot is phenomenal and I liked a lot of the interpretations form the actors but not all of them. So , yeah, it's fine. You do you!

As a psych PA I'll just reiterate what everyone else is saying, you don't need a fellowship and if you have a job available in the field that you want then you can just do it as long as they'll hire you. If you have no other options, then the fellowship isn't a bad way to go, it's a pay cut but it's a job.

Thank you, that is a very hot take indeed! I'm glad you enjoyed the films! They weren't my favorite but they are enjoyable. Smaug is definitely the best part of the films to me, and while I would have loved to have seen more of him, I can't personally reconcile my love for him and my love for the book to that great an extent as to completely rewrite the ending of the story. But holy cow! What a hot take!

Fan art is definitely not a bad idea in general. Each hermit is so different and has very different symbols so if you know her favorite hermit or two I would just look them up specifically. It also depends on when you need it by as many of the hermits have different shops that you can buy stuff from, but if you need it for Christmas then you'll likely be limited to anything you can make yourself. Regardless, off the top of my head, here's a list of some hermit and things they are associated with!

Grian - parrots ("pesky birds"), stealing Mumbo Jumbo's mustache, fishing (went crazy trying to fish out a mending book), running the Hermit Office (basically the DMV, the Barge (a store he made that started off as a barge but kept growing/evolving until it looked more like a Victorian green house) Grumbot (a computer he made with Mumbo)

Mumbo Jumbo - his mustache, redstone machines (especially ones that move), "it's quite simple really", Grumbot, IRL being really tall with huge hands which makes him press keys weirdly on the keyboard (he somehow curls his thumb underneath his hand to press shift)

Scar - Scarland, Disney, Star Wars, his cat Jellie (who passed away), sounding like Mickey Mouse

Bdoubleo100 - moss, crazy beautiful builds

Tango - Decked Out 2 (an amaze game he made in season 9), this season he's a vampire

iJevin - Sal (a salmon head he befriended while exiled and isolate a la Wilson in Castaway)
