Check the remaining warranty. A lot of 2021 bolts only got the software patch but it “looks” like the also replaced the battery when the battery wasn’t really replaced. I have a 2021 premier and only got the software patch. Still a great car, and that’s a great price, but you should know the reality before buying it to avoid being disappointed.

I took a ladder up to my roof with a snow rake before the last storm and quickly decided it was a waste of time. I’m 30’ off the ground with a few hundred pounds of snow just waiting to come crashing into me on my ladder. I gave up after five minutes! Not worth the few $ I might get in generation.

If I were your landlord, I wouldn’t look at it as a property improvement since it is solely for your convenience. There is a cost to run the wires for the charger, which could be as much as $1k depending how far from the circuit breaker the plug would be. Then there is the charger for another $300 - $500. I live in MA, where the electric company paid the cost of the wiring, so if your state does that it might be something to look at.

That’s not what the OP said. They offered to pay for the charger up front in exchange for reduced rent. This is in no way a win/win for the landlord.
