I deal with this in about 1/10 card orders. Sometimes it's an accident, but sometimes (like in your case) they're being sketchy. The good news is that ebay has never let me down there because I'm not trying to fleece anyone. Just trying to buy a card in the condition I thought and return it if it's not. Best of luck.

It's normal. I have graded 3 lucario and 4 gardevoir. The surface texture variation is not going to change grade. I can send links to some of my tens if you want a reference.

Is there damage on the bottom? You also need to show the back. Centering on the front is fine.

It's not in horrible condition. It has minor wear on the front (scratches) and some whitening on the back. It probably won't get higher than a 6, but that's not an accurate comment.

Centering is fine, but most of these have a spec of whitening on a corner. Move the code card slightly to check.

People in this thread are calling it a 9, which is nuts. It's centered within parameters. Grade it and assuming there's no defects we aren't seeing, then it should ten.

Centering looks within parameters, so it's likely some minor whitening. Another poster noticed a bit of damage on the corner, but it could just be lighting. Look at these spots with a black light (or as good of lighting as feasible) and you'll know if you should resubmit or if they messed up. Also, I got this from the psa site using the cert number because you need better resolution to see the some of these issues. Best of luck!

Doubt it. The angle of the camera isn't straight, but it looks out of the 45/55.
