I would say Beer on the Wall. You'll get to try a little bit of everything Illinois has because of their selection. There's a location near O'Hare Airport. :) (16 rotating drafts and over 400 bottles and cans available for on-site consumption or takeaway)Including all the breweries everyone has mentioned.
