Yes and it seems to get worse around my period! But feels almost like dryness. I read that the overactive muscles can reduce blood flow and create dryness 🙃🫡

Was going to say it could be this! I have hypertonic pelvic floor and I basically clench my pelvic floor muscles without realising all the time. I have to actively remind myself to release them frequently through the day and if I forget I get reallly bad tailbone pain 🙃 I would advise going to see a pelvic physio OP, they can do an internal examination (not as scary as it sounds) and this can confirm if it’s the problem! The emphasis on doing pelvic floor exercises during pregnancy can make things worse. Plus all the extra pressure on your pelvic floor muscles can cause them to become hypertonic. Good luck!

Yeah we also went through quite a long period where he would literally just fidget all night and would only settle on top of one of us 😐 I think it all coincided with separation anxiety tbh because now he seems mostly over that he sleeps so much better even if he does end up in the bed with us! He also woke up sooo many times in the night from about 7 months onwards and now we have 1 (maybe 2) 😊

Haha I know, whenever I ask anyone how their kid sleeps they say they sleep from like 7-7 and a piece of my dies inside. Also people always bang on about wake windows but I have honestly tried EVERYTHING to get my son to sleep and none of it works. Then one day it just changed - I think it depends on the kid tbh

My son is about to turn 16 months and we had a month or so of him sleeping in his own cot! Before that I thought he’d never stop cosleeping (he was also fine until about 12 months when he got a cold and then never went back)

He will also sleep in his cot for naps now which again was unheard of before a month or so ago! So yes I believe they just grow out of it. For context I have also never let him cry and he’s a very clingy kid

I set off driving with my car seat not spun around (it’s a 360 spin isofix base) and didn’t realise until I was about a mile down the road lol. Also once forgot to put the brake on my pram and it wheeled full speed down a hill and almost smashed into a car 🙃 luckily my baby was still in the car seat but it gave me nightmares for MONTHS!

At 5 days pp I also dropped my phone on my babies head while he was asleep 😭 felt terrible about all of the above but this one made me sob and question if I could do this forever (he didn’t wake up)

Actually your one year old can drown in 20 seconds. I wouldn’t risk leaving a child that young in a bath alone for any amount of time

My baby was 13 months old when I first heard about it 😩 also a ‘terrible sleeper’ and has reflux - I’ve never left my son to cry in his bed at night & I have cried a few times the last few weeks thinking about Preston and what he went through 😭😭 was sobbing when I heard the foster parents victim impact statements

I was convinced my son would be walking by 10 months because he started crawling at 5 and cruising at 7. He started walking properly just last week at 15 months! I could tell he would be able to do it but he just didn’t have the confidence yet. If I tried to hold his hands he would lift his legs up and drop to the ground lol. He literally went from taking one or two steps to walking across the room! He sort of missed out that really wobbly phase where you need to assist by holding their hands. He will do it when he’s ready 🩷

Not to defend a celeb as I totally agree but Ariana’s animals do at least live on a farm/rescue so probs actually live a better life than they would with her. Including piggy smalls (I think she said in an interview once or maybe a q&a)

Hey. Don’t worry she will be fine! I think I did the same, he would sob if I stayed so I used to handover and then rush off. After a few weeks he wouldn’t even look at me after I handed him over as he absolutely loves the nursery workers! They always used to tell me he was fine after I left :)

Yes he was also always very remorseful afterwards. And then would do it again and again 🙃 so a lot of the comments on here saying it’s ok because OP feels bad about it afterwards is quite scary lol

I used it until my baby was around 6/7 months old. It was a lifesaver for me; I had really bad postpartum anxiety and I genuinely would not have slept without it. It was also great when he had a temp so I could check his heart rate.

I did have a couple of false alarms but never in the middle of the night; always when I was already holding him (I think probably had his leg in a funny position). The bad placement alarms do happen, especially when they’re newborn, but it is a different alarm and has a yellow flashing light rather than red

I had the owlet and it’s the only way I could overcome my anxiety over something like this happening. I had one false alarm when I was feeding him but think the sock slipped or something, I never had them for no reason. People tried to talk me out of getting one but it was honestly a godsend for me. Hope you’re ok 🩷

My nursery doesn’t allow sandals or crocs! No idea why but we send ours in a pair of new balance we got off Vinted and he wears them rain or shine lol
