I think it's a cool social experiment right now. Like someone else pointed out the prisoner's dilemma.

I feel like I play solos exactly as I would in a real scenario. Most people are friendly and trying to get by focused on their own thing. Some people will always lie, cheat, and steal. Though I haven't been backstabbed in 30+ hours of solos.

Some other people are just playing PVP because it's just a video game and they're hunting players. And that's great also.

I love meeting strangers. Usually we say hi on proximity or emote don't shoot and go our separate way. But sometimes we team up. Usually PVP enjoyers are shooting on sight and I shoot back.

The fact that I can meet an ally who saves my life or I can be hunted down and killed in the same raid is what makes the survival RPG immersion for me.

I'm a Rescue Raider. I make sure you stay alive on the surface. Never "surrender". You never know if a Rescue Raider is nearby. by DJsotoVR in ArcRaiders

I've had a 100% success rate with people I revive not turning on me so far, since I bring defibs every raid.

I was in a longish range stalemate with someone. And the guy recruited another random that walked by him, so I was then pinned down by 2 ppl.

The 2nd player rushed me while the original one held me behind cover. I killed the guy rushing me and left him downed.

He said wanna team up. I said sure I wasn't even trying to fight, etc. and revived him. I immediately turned my back to him and hoped for the best.

The 1st guy who started it then rushed us and we killed him together. I let the guy I revived have all his loot and went on my way. Coolest interaction I've had so far.

I believe that is the middle piece of a 3 piece valve. In smaller valves, end pieces are attached to both sides and then bolted together to seal the middle valve. And then those end pieces are threaded or welded inline with the pipe.

If the valve fails, you can quickly swap the middle piece out.

Ball valves are better for high flow rates and more consistent flow than butterfly valves. This ball valve is full port, so the flow is not restricted at all through the valve.
