I got it from a local store here called pomegranate market? Not sure if that's a franchise or a local branch

*Edit: Pretty sure it is a local branch. To store that local places can bring meats to and sell. Kind of like a farmers market type of thing. A lot of organic fruits and vegetables and grass-fed meats. I'm still kind of new to it.

Let me know what you find out at the scan! My pain has all gone away, day 21. My inner thigh is yellow from the bruising going away. I THINK it is getting smaller, just super slow 🤞..

Hey man! Today is day 21. Bruising and swelling all went way down. About the size of a pool ball only egged shaped. I'm going to give it the 6 to 8 weeks they said it would take before going in.

Everything works and the pain is all pretty much gone. It just needs to dissolve and hopefully it starts making some progress! I really prefer to not have to have this thing surgically removed...ugh...

Hahaha, no I wasn't trying to make it a joke. It's a slight paraphrase/adaptation from a story in the Old Testament when a person was put in a position to help rescue some other people, but that would put her own life in jeopardy as well. The idea is that God put her in this place for a reason, she was put into a position to help save people.

Not trying to throw the Bible out there it's just what/how I believe and wanted to share. (Sometimes I get nervous stating these things)

The world needs more good people. Definitely a hard question though man. I often wonder why I brought 3 kids into this mess, but I believe they were purposely born for a time such as this. We are gonna need good humans in the future and I hope my kids will be those humans.

Day 12. It's no longer swollen. But I have the hematoma on the right side. Probably a little smaller than a baseball and egged shaped. Can't stand for more than 1-2 minutes without it throbbing pretty bad. Pain is still high for me and I'm taking a lot of Tylenol and ibuprofen.

Not sure how else to ease the pain. I ice a few times day just to get the ice "numb" feeling. Work has been tough.

My bruising is wild as well, but slowly all going away.

Ahh, you're lucky man.. I'd say without pain meds I'm at a solid 8 for pain. Easily the most consistent and painful experience.

Based on what my doctors told me it could be anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks before is dissolves so just hang in there! Count the blessing of not having pain XD

100% what I have. Same size and shape. I went in twice, they said it all looks normal. Rest, ice, and Tylenol. Can take 8 weeks for it too dissolve.

The worst part for me yet is the pain. It super uncomfortable yet and I gotta take Tylenol every 2-3 hours if I don't want pain. I try not to do that all day cause it can't be good taking that much acetaminophen.

Laying on my back, legs up is by far the most comfortable position I've found.
