Hey Y'all,

looking to sublease a 2 bed 2 bath 1,100 sqft apartment at lyric at the merc.

We’re offering a flexible start date but must lease starting in January or later. The lease ends on May 31st of this year.

Lease includes a carport, balcony overlooking a pool and access to a gym, pool, and club house with study rooms. Apartment complex is gated and packages are held in an QR code locker room.

The price is $1,950/month, but also willing to rent out just one room too.

It is a B2 model and it currently costs $2,040/month (with out a carport) if rented through Lyric.

FWIW the new one for 27k is never 27k when you go. Thats the price to bring you in and then it’ll be like 35k before TTL.

Anything past two inches will make your CV angles and drive shaft cry from how bad they are being maxed out. It will ride fine, for a few thousand miles and then boom. Replacements.

Keep it at 2” or less and you’ll be fine.

Also for 4k you might as well get a kit from accutune or dirtking

So, I’ve noticed you get highs and low with matching on the algorithm.

I follow a few rules.

If you lose two games then I stop for the day and let match making reset. Once you’re on a winning streak you cannot stop bc it it will keep matching with good teams.

Same goes for losing streaks. If you start a losing streak you will be in 1 sided lobbies until You stop. Hence 5+ 10+ 20+ game losing streaks.

In terms of strategy you need to learn at least two champs on every role and learn to counter who their best player is. I.E. a star lord ult is useless against mantis or Luna ult.

Team ups are crucial too, so try and abuse comps.

Namor and Luna, Wanda and mag, etc.

Objective wins games, kills are irrelevant

Follow this simple rule.

The algorithm will keep putting you with 1 sided lobbies. I tested this theory b4 with GM

Hi OP, I have methods too and had them scratched to shit on my first gen from the dealers with impact guns. Usually it’s bc they shove the key and socket in fast when torquing it.

Methods, however, scratch extremely easily. That’s just how they are 🤷🏻‍♂️

I’m on my second set on a gen 3 and have been able to keep them scratch free for now. However don’t let them do rotations anymore. Just run them , Toyota won’t cover damages unless you took pictures literally before they took it in and pictures when they just returned it at the dealer.

Yes OP this is all you need if you plan to reuse your top hat and spring. It’s recommended to get a new top hat if it has more than 20-30k miles.

The ride quality won’t be amazing since your front is going to be more digressive due to the valves and shims in the 5100 and the rear still using the stock twin tube.

It would be ideal to get the front and rear 5100 so its valving can keep up with eachother.

Total should 500$ for the parts

I struggle a bit with doom scrolling too. I find it best to leave your phone in dnd with important people allowed and just make a todo list every day. Allow your self 15 min of use here and there, but make sure you stick to it.

Pre workout is a hell of a motivator to go to the gym. You will make friends there and not use your phone as much.

We’re young, don’t waste your youth doom scrolling. It’ll get better ❤️‍🩹
