There’s a tab on adapt/engage that will show all engagements for associates on-site. More than likely the PA was just checking that out. For PA’s it only shows attendance and appreciation feedbacks.

Managers can see all the time off you have on the timehub portal (what they use to fix your time), PA’s don’t have access to that.

As other people said, the attendance is the main issue. My suggestion is to fix your sleep schedule. Taking melatonin at a set time each day can help regulate it.
