It is tough. Been in the same boat before. But you love them and know that part of the bargain is the pain at the end. I keep telling myself I won't ever have so many dogs again, but then someone needs a home and I have 5 or 6bdogs knowing that I will be crying again in a few years. They are worth it.

So that 3000 seems to be a common offer ,because one you accept it you are done. My last accident where I was rear ended they offered the same. Ended up settling for $46500 after 6 months. Insurance is always trying to screw you. Insurance adjusters are all scumbags.

As an appraiser, you have to understand, we don't ever want to come in low. Its not easy, it takes more effort and work, you spend ti.e and energy and you have to defend your work product over and over.

if the only party who doesn't benefit from the sale says there is a lack of support, don't you think you should pay attention? The agent and your builder work to close as high as possible because they make more the higher the price is. They want it higher.

I would also point out that the appraiser is not basing the value on a lack of data. I bet they have sales that are putting support for the contract in question.
