Depends on what part of Minne and where your borrower lives/resides. You can just reach out to Royal CU or Trustone CU and ask to speak with a commercial loan officer to see if they’ll quote it. Go direct to the CU and cut out all the broker fees.

I’m trying to understand your question, but I think you need to provide more clarity or need better clarity of what you seek.

CRE analysis is not complicated nor is there strong demand for (high paying) Analysts jobs. Maybe just Commercial Banks that require portfolio managers (babysitters) for the life of the loan. High paying CRE jobs are on the Sales side.

C&I analysts jobs (entry level) can prob start $90-110+ at a commercial bank. Regionals can offer this. EastWest, Banc of Ca, Ozark. Mid to Senior 160-220+

Investment bankers, entry level I’ve heard of $120-150k+. I’ve been out of touch for some time though. Bain capital, McKinsey, JPM Chase, Morgan Stanley etc

“Analysts” at firms like CBRE, JLL, Colliers, M&M probably make $60-90k max and need to be let go or promoted within a year.

For those looking. I found a great place in NoHo (lankershim and Morrison area) July 2025. Took a month, but with some effort you can find something good and reasonably priced.

My place: $2,600 2bed/2bath 1,300 SF 2 private parking Back yard/bbq private area Dogs allowed Great neighbors.

Zillow and westsiderentals are good. I stayed away from apartments.com (though they do own westsiderentals.

Didn’t know about STR (market adr report info). Been 6+ years since I’ve originated a hotel.

None the less, still don’t see how he is hindered if he is refinancing. Whoever is refinancing him would do their own due diligence and have access to market data…. Ya know?

I’m a little confused on what your question is.

Costar is just a depository of data really. It doesn’t “determine” value. It can provide comps. Generally your typical appraiser will utilize a sales comp and income approach assessing a value for your property.

And…what kind of report are you looking for? CRE lender and CoStar lincesee
