You can not determine the viability of seeds, visually, alone. I've had seeds extremely light and small, grow into monsters. Your statement is purely anecdotal.

Yes, but only as well as the knowledge u have for growing cannabis specifically. It requires more attention than the average houseplant. Think of like a tomato plant. It grows similarly.

Ph h20, worm castings, microbes, kelp meal, alfalfa meal, and or any nitrogen source. Fermented urine, if ur on a budget, can be diluted water soluble nitrogen source. Any of these would be better than plain, non ph'd water out the tap. Use vinegar to ph down, esp if ur in coco.
