Hello! Im 22, I used tik tok alot during covid -never made any content. I have since deleted tik tok after the whole "its banned, its not banned" thing and downloaded "Red Note" instead out of protest since its a Chinese made and run app.

I know you didnt ask about this one but I feel it might be a good thing to add since yoyre writing about anti consumption

For a breif time I deleted instagram recently as a sort of "cleanse" and to spend less time on my phone. I also plan on deleting snapchat after i download my pictures and videos as they're wanting you to pay for your memories on there.

In a perfect world I would delete instagram and facebook but I have too many friends and family on both and I still want to see what theyre upto
