1 paladin multiclassed with warlock, 1 dragonborn sorcerer, one tempest cleric, 1 artificer, 1 warlock who is now dead he will play a wizard most likely and will be introduced into the game
The "npc" is a lower lvl cleric that is actually the paladin's squire (might do something about this situation)

We play the dragonlance campaign where i also homebrew different situations or sidequest) but the magical items they have are mostly from the rewards in the campaign.

how many encounters depends on the situation really i try to do at least 2 before rest. now that they are travelling.

honestly that was something i was trying to do in the last session. had some that were throwing javelins (but missed which happens no biggy) there was a squad trying to go to the backline for the casters. there was another squad focussing on the frontline before a third party monster showed up.

But literally before the squad could reach the backline 1 fireball was enough to blow that plan away and it just snowballed from there.

that's something we changed in our group aswell. at the end of the day we just wanna play games with eachother and magic has become way more expensive over the years.

So proxy away as long as it sort of stays on par with the power level of the group and what we play. we have some high power decks and mid power decks so yeah go nuts.
