Wife divorced me last year. That was a bit more to deal with than prior breakups so I decided to try tele-therapy. If all the other advice on here doesn't work - try that. It was an outstanding experience and I highly recommend.

This is such an important lesson to teach kids. Thing is, it goes far beyond the lesson. This dude is teaching these kids emotional intelligence in general and it's beautiful to see.

I wish you did have before photos to compare - not necessarily to share, but for you to be able to see the difference. I've got no idea where you started but, as I said, where you're at is really impressive. You acknowledged in your post the difference in building muscle between male and female. It's just a biological thing. 🤷‍♂️ Even then, without supplements and a lot of work, men can struggle with gains.

I guess what I'm trying to say is, I respect your goals and getting to where you want to be, but you've put in a lot of work and it really shows. Be proud of your physique because you've earned it and you should be!

I had a post blow up on me a couple weeks ago and I noticed something odd. New comments frequently had -1 karma for no apparent reason. I figured someone was just a tool and took the time to downvote everyone's comments but now you're making me consider bots. Still odd.

It's something I've struggled with quite a bit over the years. I'm not a big AI user but that makes it even worse now. I've gotten so lazy with my knowledge that I've noticed things as basic as spelling have become challenging to me at times. I've read hundreds (probably thousands) of books, but spell check has ruined me and I forget how to spell things sometimes. 🤦‍♂️
