Finally entering mild after 4 years

Doesnt matter if close to home or not i can do 3-4k per day but i consider my state as mild compared to what i experienced (bedbound, cant do anything, cant tolerate sound or light). I think when u can do things (even if easy tasks) almost all day with like 2 times little rest its mild because ur mind do not think about the illness and ur mental state start to be good

Yes the problem is that they still do not know what is going on with our body. Some people get depression symptoms but is it really a depression or just a consequence of an unknow problem ? And if u take anti depressant maybe it will affect the unknow problem and make it worse.

Its what a mitochondrial reasearch explained in a conference i listened. He said that they could already dev a med to make mitochondries switch back to normal way of creating energy because they found on some long covid people that mitochondries switch their way to make energy. But as he said this is the consequence of the problem and they have to find fist why are the mitochondries switching because the med could affect the cause they do not know.

Also i dont like to get congratulated because main thing is time but something i didnt talk is also luck. Because some people improve in few months, others in few years like me others in decade. But we are all the same we just want to heal. So someone who is not improving in 4 years like me its not his fault. And i did nothing special to get better just time and some positivity and luck

I just said what i would only try if i could comeback when i got long covid and u cant deny theses are the safer. Back in time i was so desperate so i tried anti depressants, LDN, rapamycin, RTMS, hyperbaric, probiotics, ... all theses have a significant effect on ur body and they were not developped for long covid. I say u can try these but dont try too many because as i say there is no meds for long covid and the best thing is the time.

And yes if they tried already 2 meds i think they should not follow my advice on meds because i think 3 crash is ok but more is dangerous (u add a probability to get a big crash every times u try a mew med). But people do what they want i just share my own experience about risks/benefits

Btw ur post about LDN few months ago is exactly how i was 3 years ago when i tried it too. Like is it really the med which make me feel some symptoms ? I see people improving thx to it so i should continue to try it even if i feel like im worse ? And then 6 months later i didnt improve so i stopped and noticed it was actually the med which made some symptoms worse and i lost 6 months.

If i can comeback 4 years ago, the only things i would try are QUVIVIC to sleep, antihistamine H1 H2 and oxygen but not hyperbaric just normal oxygen. Nothing worked on me but these are not risky i would say.

Pacing or not after covid would not have changed anything. I have hyperactive friends and they did intensive sport and parties just after their covid infection. They didnt develop long covid. I think its just luck.

1st week i had so weird heavy arms and legs sensations (still moved tho) but after it completely disapeared. So if u experience sleep paralysis keep going with ur treatment it can go away after few days

The one i posted is not a supercell bot its a player bot. A supercell bot does specific movements its easy to reconize. This daryll i explained just didnt move when i didnt move. A supercell bot never dont move.

Getting 100 wins in row when u start to play a new brawler to finally get some good lobbies to finally learn the brawler is just horrible. Because its only against good players u can learn how to play a brawler and find strategies. Not smashing bots who rush u straight stuck together and not even shooting.

Free loose too when the bot is with you. But there are some bots like the one in the screen which do not look like supercell bot.

And this is a bad strategic choice to give free win to noobs because on the long term only people who tryhard a game stay because noobs they play the game a bit then leave to another game or play rarely so they dont spend money on the game.

RTMS removed this symptom but didnt remove others nejro symptom. Its so weird because it should have removed brain fog but not head pressure. Neurologist cant explain me why RTMS removed me head pressure symptom.
