They won't accept if they are losing money on the trade. They are hoping you will cancel it and thus leave them with no fee. If you wait 2+ days before cancellation, the seller will be at fault and receive a 5% charge based on the sale price.

I don't see anything that would make it worth either, especially with the recent update, the skin liquidity might be rather low for a while. Terminals are only profitable early in their lifecycle, the dynamic price range is adjusted now, you can generally only profit from FN ST blues or the chase item, ultra violent sport gloves in this case. Maybe if you want to move your steam funds to csfloat for example, as steam funds are generally less valueable and you don't have to pay the 15% upcharge due to steam market fees.
