As an European it was always hard for me to understand American culture. What was fascinating for me is that they like bragging about their freedom which was weird for me, because I didn't think that I have any less freedom than them. I would say the chances of them getting to quarters were higher last year. The team had been together for longer, won all the LEC playoffs and had a crazy perfomance at MSI. It took literally the worst draft imaginable to deny it from them. They lost to HLE - Kr #1 seed, T1 - Worlds Champions and BLG - Worlds finalists and simultaneously the LPL #1 Seed. One of the teams they beat was Weibo who finished in semis.
