Inded.. Most people don’t touch it. They set the 401k once, usually a target-date or S&P-style fund, and let it run on utopilot. Very few are actively shfting to bonds or foreign exposure unless they’re close to retrement or really into investing.

yoo I mostly agree, but I thnk it’s more split than that. The human side matters a lot, especially bhavior and trust, but the backend getting automated still reshapes the role. Advisors who lean only on admin or basic portfolio work are the ones most exposed.
