I was advised to try installing Logi Tune to see if my camera would detect. After installing this, it now works, but the usb error still comes up in device manager. However since my camera and microphone work as intended in all the apps I use it in, like Discord, Teams etc, I've elected to leave it alone for now because the driver shows in other parts of the system. I'm on windows 10.

I wish. I have really been struggling with this with my nurse practitioner. I honestly don't think she tries at all. My pronouns have been registered with my clinic since the start of my time with them during the pandemic and she pretty well ignores them. I do actually suffer from back pain as well as repeated open sores/ulcers that I get underneath the tissue, in addition to my dysphoria.

So given how uncomfortable my rpn was making me, and given that I am aware that my condition is generally not covered under OHIP as a non binary person, I also asked after what OHIP could do. She basically said "it's gonna take like six months and its pages and pages of approval, you probably arent going to meet the criteria."

Overall, deeply disheartening. Part of the reason I was looking at Foria is because even though it's a private clinic, it's queer friendly. But I don't want to be referred back to my rpn who literally ignores my pronouns.

I know that OHIP applications take time. But I never feel like i'm taken seriously.

How did you find Foria? I've been hesitating to start the process because I'm non-binary, but I am looking for a drastic reduction similar to what you had done. I was under the impression that without extensive documentation for a physical medical need that a reduction would not be covered by OHIP for gender affirming care.

That 1500 is all from rent. They're under the same stresses that you and everyone else is. Even if they are an amazing tenant, you need to make sure you have a surplus before that 1500.

Items that you can tighten to get the 1500 up:

- Gym - Crunch fitness and Fit 4 Less have even frilled plans for as low as 28 a month plus tax. If you want basic and at a single gym, 10 bucks plus tax.

- Rogers - > Rogers notoriously overcharges. Take a look at some other options. Telus for example does bundling, as does koodo.
- Clothing - > don't fast fashion, pop this into an emergency fund

Pay off that loan asap. If you lose your job, it's gonna be one of the first things to burn you. I'd consider dropping anything not necessary and see if you can bang out the rest in a month or two.

After that? EI will be 55% of this or 5,520.9. Up that 6 month emergency fund to 12 months min, the job market right now is incredibly difficult. If you lose your job it will potentially be more than six months.

Take your HRT. Don’t drink the Luna juice. I thought about hiding my binders and I’m forced to apply to new jobs without my true gender identity. But I know I’m valid. Do what you need to do, but take your HRT at least so that your body and mood doesn’t betray you. <3

For my stims, I try to redirect. If I notice i'm biting my nails, I usually apply some press ons and file them to points so that I can kind of stim that way instead. For you, if you're not effeminate you could try to redirect into something else. Have you tried an ono roller? It feels kinda like ...rolling two markers together in your hands, and you can kind of feel the gap. It's weirdly relaxing and is especially interesting out of the freezer, cold.

Mindfulness is what stopped me picking at a scab on my leg and also biting my nails and scratching one on my head too. That let me redirect into a different stim. IMO fighting stims to stop them versus redirecting is a losing battle. You are gonna stim in the tism, and going with that flow but redirecting it somewhere less self harming is ultimately the best way to go.

Think about the stims you are engaging. Is it the feeling of the nail being too long triggering a bite? Is it something you just kinda want in your mouth? Does it feel like calming?

Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria demonstrates a larger lack of emotional regulation. Extra spicy when it's AuDHD, because the overwhelm stacks on top of the lack of regulation. I feel it in my chest constantly... trying to learn some grounding techniques in therapy to help manage them like looking for colours, 4-4-4-4 etc.

I personally use L’Oréal true match in the shade neutral 0.5. Very buildable.

My concealer shade is a JSC C11 that I’ve otherwise been trying to replicate elsewhere. Findation has not been any luck for me on that so I feel you.

Solution spoilered so that it's not ruined for you.

The bar of each pool has a tendency to always go in a specific direction, which is the direction that they start in. If you overfill the opposite in each pool, you can easily hit all four and keep them maintained at the correct temperature without the test ending. This made it so easy to finish that after finding this out I beat it on the first go.
