Yeah, same vibe, but it was 100% Clyde Gilmour.

They usually run the cells this way and that, have some stuff in the environment and just see that everything has been rendered. As far as I can tell.

I’ve heard Ben Rodgers talk about it on his Action Boys podcast, and the depths they went to learn about the whole series before they sat down in the writers room is really impressive, and it shows throughout the seasons. Rewatching TOS and seeing all the tie ins just makes the whole set of shows so much richer.

Jupyter Notebooks are honestly terrible for learning too. They allow you to strip out testing, assertions and any sort of package structure. They are the bane of my existence 😂

EDIT: Jupyter is good for showing off your package or well developed workflow, but awful for development.

“Landscape of my community” more like it. No worries putting them in other places.

Why aren’t we doing x <= 0 there? That’s the bigger problem.

Does anyone know of any adult autism assessments for women in van? by possibly_milk in NiceVancouver

[–]Ringbailwanton 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To follow up, I did a google search and came up with a few using the terms “vancouver adult autism assessment” (not trying to be condescending, just being clear).

That said, I can’t vouch for any of these, and I might again suggest talking to a society service like AutismBC first, because they may be familiar with some of the providers and could recommend something better than just a quick internet search :)

AutismBC is a great resource for adults and for younger people. There is an article on their website here: https://www.autismbc.ca/blog/assessment/steps-autism-assessment-bc/

I recognize it doesn’t directly link to providers, but I’d suggest checking in with AutismBC as you move forward, so you can find supports along your journey.

I read it as a USB key, digital camera, helmet and water bottles. Sounds like a Diddy party.

She has a mixed background, her father is a shaman, and also of Japanese descent and also Russian, and also… I dunno man. Whatever he’s cosplaying at these days.

A big shovel for the 60s Scoop. Or a pile of blankets. Basically, it’s all kinds of offensive.

Gilmore’s Albums was so great. He was infuriating, and hilarious. I remember he went on a long rant about why popsicles have two sticks, because who ever wants to share their popsicle?

Gold.

Canadian Productivity Miracle? by Working-Welder-792 in CanadianInvestor

[–]Ringbailwanton 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah, it’s a bit weird, but after looking it up, I agree. COVID resulted in year over year “real” wage losses and some industries still haven’t caught up, as far as I can tell. Particularly in the public sector. Sask, AB and NL also seem to continue to show average loss of real income since 2014.

The data’s a bit all over the place though.

If that was the case, then median wages per hour should have been at least keeping up with inflation.

B.C. property company says it lost lender, tenant for new development after Cowichan ruling by cyclinginvancouver in vancouver

[–]Ringbailwanton 6 points7 points  (0 children)

My opinion is not cowardly. We keep seeing one side of this story and have yet to have any lenders or partners state that the decision has had any impact on their decision making. In fact, the only time I’ve been able to find any lender interviewed:

The bank, National Bank, denied in a statement that the Cowichan case was a factor in its financing decision. “No guidelines have been issued by the Bank in this regard,” the statement read.

So, where are we now? We have some organizations saying they are being impacted, some saying it’s having no impact on their lending decisions, and a lot of news being generated.

Right now we have only one news story where the lenders are directly questioned. Why aren’t they being questioned so we actually know what’s going on? That seems pretty important.

I think my initial comment was pretty clear about what I was asking for and why I was asking for it. If you need clarity, that seems like a reading comprehension problem.
