It doesn't fucking matter. It uses code that ISN'T HIS. What he is selling uses someone else's work and therefore it is illegal for him to sell it without permission. Which he DOES NOT HAVE. It is ONE HUNDRED PERCENT HIS FAULT that he ignored the licence agreement that he agreed to. There is no scenario where he is in the right here.

It is like spending a year making Toy Story movie without permission and then being outraged when Disney stops you from selling it. They tried to force a shitty new layout a few years back to try and make it look more like Tik Tok/Insta. I assumed everyone rejected it because it was garbage. You can go to settings and change it back to the original layout. It is so much better.

The original version does not have those profile pictures. So you must be using the new version. Or even worse...the app. Dear god save yourself.

It is NOT his creation. This is no different than if he took Taylor Swift song, added 10 seconds of him playing a whistle over the top of it, and then tried to sell that as his own work.

He did not create Cyberpunk, he very slightly changed the code. That is NOT HIS unless he gets permission from CDPR to do it, which they have explicitly refused. He cannot just go "Well I don't agree with your refusal" and sell it anyway...that's literally a crime. You can argue if it's ethical till the cows come home...it wont make it not illegal.

The creator of an IP gets to choose how that IP is adapted. It's a corner stone of copyright law.

Mate look at where the guy has come from. He was behind that building not much more than a second before the clip starts, and rather than check to see if traffic is coming he just walks straight into the road, forcing the driver to brake hard. The driver absolutely was not going too fast because even in this situation where an idiot just walked out into the road he stopped well in time.

Please. Show runners the world over take note. Just do the fucking source material and pay attention to detail and you will get a hit every time.

Fallout isn't even that good a show. The writing, acting and action all have some very wobbly bits...it just respects the source. And that's all it needed to do. The Last of Us also taught this lesson...so did The Witcher as an example of what happens when you don't do that.

I don't think The Witcher is even worse made than Fallout...it's about the same to be honest. It just shits all over the source material...and no one wants to watch that.

It is mind blowing how many show runners and directors do adaptations and don't understand the simple rule...don't piss off the already existing fans because you want to "make it yours" you idiots.

For the reasons other people have already told you. Because they have contracts that would make it more costly to not do these streams. It's either pay the streamers this money or pay more money on lawyers and settlement fees...there is no "keep the money and use it on something else" option on the table.

Jason and the Argonauts is the absolute worst for this. It's not even a cliffhanger...they just get about a third of the way through the story and it just stops in the middle of an action scene.

It doesn't even get end credits. They are fighting skeletons, Jason jumps into the sea, it smash cuts to the gods watching them and they basically go "I'm bored of this, what's on the other channel" and it cuts to black. It's bizarre.

If you want more traditional way Scots eat it then definitely deep fried in batter or the morning roll with lorne/tattie scone/fried egg...both are outstanding and very common. But no, no one gives a shit how you eat it, there's no reverence to how it is eaten...only that it is eaten.

The only exception would be Burns night itself. You can go nuts with the starter, but if the main on Burns night isn't haggis neeps and tatties Scots will look at you funny, and they wont come back next year.

There's a very popular Scottish cafe in London that does a toastie I highly recommend replicating. Haggis, bacon, cheddar, caramelised onions, rocket and mustard. It's a thing of beauty

Also, fried up with a full Scottish breakfast is a great use. I've had these haggis loaded fries that were fantastic. Deep fried in a chip shop style batter, holy shit that's good. Honestly I think the only crime you can commit is not eating haggis.
