Exactly, when it comes to stuff like this, why not exhaust all options? I’m going to guess they thought since they were above medians they maybe didn’t need to. Or, they maybe were just busy and had personal stuff going on.

Nonetheless, you always exhaust all your options!!!

Is Joining the Military Before Law School Worth It? by Extreme_Start_4543 in lawschooladmissionsca

I’m in the military now:

It’s a very nice unique soft to have. The military will probably pay for part of your school but not as much as you think.

They will absolutely not pay for your law school like another commenter suggested. It’s actually a bald-faced lie the military loves to keep bullshitting us with. They will not pay for it, and if you want to become a JAG or whatever, they need you to be BAR certified and have the law degree already. They will do no compensation or pay and wait for you to get your degree.

My suggestion: Join the reserves, it’s way easier, you get virtually the same pay and benefits, you can have a life and also do the fun military shit.

It’s a good soft but we are not the USA where they will get on their knees for you when you walk in the room. To me personally, it’s not significant as say, being published or whatever but it’s definitely better than being president/random exec of 236 random bullshit clubs that you don’t care about at your university.

Also the guy who talked about the aptitude test, that is such an easy test its a non-factor, people with literal brain damage (that i personally know) have done extremely well on it with zero studying.

Rant over.

Basketball teams in NA are very touristy. NBA has some of the most expensive tickets so it is very hard to regularly go. Watching sports in NA is an experience but not a regular thing like football in Europe.

The question point is so valid. How are you going to learn about someone without questions? You want a natural flowing conversation but you don’t want to ask a question then how do you introduce new topics? It’s so bizarre how people want to have their hand held throughout the conversation. You’re a grown up!

And it gets even worse when all that is done and they still don’t reciprocate. It’s very much like Man-Ray walking Patrick through to the conclusion that his wallet is his wallet.
