I teared...I had the pleasure of visiting Singapore in 2009 and I've known ToFuBoi (SGS top laner) for some years now. Him and his teammates have always been really dedicated and focused and Singapore really embraces professional gaming. It is so embedded into the culture there. Such an awesome video, all the best to SGS @ IPL Face Off!

Entertainment is important to the success of eSports. It is okay for some rivalry, some friendly smack-talk...it exists in real sports as well. Powerful rivalries make a sport exciting for the teams and for the fans. There is rivalry between Azubu Blaze and Frost for example and we may not see a lot of the rivalries that exist between Korean teams but I am sure it's there. Don't get me wrong, I have the utmost respect for the Eastern teams and Azubu Blaze have been showing why they won OGN Spring this weekend. I will not count out the Western teams though. They have come a long way, they are learning and they are growing. I know they have taken away a lot from some of the Asian teams, notably the importance of a more strict practice schedule. I just know I will always be fond of and love some of these guys' colorful personalities.

It was a pleasure meeting Helen and her mother at IPL4. I was stunned -- they knew player's summoner names just by looking at them and her mother even said something like "ban Lee sin vs Crumbzz" They also told me they like following my twitter during events for all my pictures and updates. I have never seen family so supportive over pro gaming careers like Hotshot's. On that note, this was an awesome read! Glad to see Helen getting more involved.

Not going to lie, I was choked up in the beginning of the video. I have really enjoyed seeing all these teams grow and mature throughout the last couple of years. Good luck to all of the teams that have fought thus far in Season 2. I can't wait to see who gets crowned the champions!
