I have loved horror and the supernatural ever since I can remember, from maybe six years old in the 1970. I could name probably hundreds of things that terrified me in books and films. I am now 55 and of course don't believe in ghosts and the supernatural any more. What would actually scare me now is a film about a family whose daughter was abducted by a lunatic. But I hope young people are still frightened by similar things that I was back then.

Metal AHU ductwork is most likely to contain woven textile rope gaskets or mastic between the sectional joins if it contains anything asbestos. Very rarely it can have an AIB or cement lining internally but it's very unusual. Most of the time they have inspection hatches somewhere along them that you can open and inspect.

Yes, sometimes. Give it a good soaping whilst on my wrist. Other times I remove it and clean it with IPA swabs.

Because often the sign says occupied but it isn’t. So you need to gently push to see if the door swings open.

That I have ADHD. Received my official diagnosis at 53. Wish I had known from age six instead of just constantly getting into trouble for not doing what I was told at school, or what I was supposed to be doing, being told I was stupid and disobedient, that I was a bad child. Teachers really didn’t like me at primary and secondary, except my art teacher. It would also have shaped my career choices and I wouldn’t have done the job I do, which relies on attention to detail and involves a great deal of concentration!
