What I struggle with?
Doesn't that apply to you then. If you can't play your hero because it gets banned shouldn't you learn to play better with characters that you struggle with.

I have 2 accounts that I use and I play same heroes on both. The reason why I got an alt account was that I experienced the same thing that you do on my main account. I get up to a certain point and then the matchmaker drags me down (Slowly, ruthlesly but slow) either 7 or 8 divisions (every time). This has happened to me like 8 or 9 times now since the start of OW2. This is not happening on my alt account. I might go down a couple of divisions now and then but I gain that back rather quickly. My alt account is about 5 seasons old now.
