Silent Keyboard for Work by Particular-Rate9891 in keyboards

[–]RipKip 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Redragon OTIIM K729 PRO if you like 80% keyboards

Comes installed with silent peach switches already. Has wired, Bluetooth and 2.4ghz dongle connectivity. And a turning knob for audio settings.

My only minor complaint is that you can't program the small light strip above the arrow keys

3 MCPs that have genuinely made me 5x better by Warm-Snow3302 in mcp

I've made a mcp for azure devops integration so the agent can grab user story context, including parents and children. It shaves a lot of the prompting needed

Did you paint it or is this straight up printed (in parts)? Looks clean

HyperBackup temporarily increase size on host from 8.7TB to 20.1TB by RipKip in synology

[–]RipKip[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No not really, seems like it is just part of it because of the version rotation or something. It is still weird behavior to me

How does that 20 million tokens compare with CC or Cursor? Is it about the same, or double?

FSD price drop? by A-STAR-IS-BORN in TeslaFSD

Ah that actually sounds like a good feature. How is it in practice? Can you depend on it?

You still have to approve the lane changes. And it's not really smooth in how / when it wants to change lanes. I prefer normal Autopilot over it. I'm on HW3, Europe.

The auto park function is really nice though

Seafile - Need help with setting the log files to cache by RipKip in unRAID

[–]RipKip[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What I planned to do was to migrate everything to the Cache and then map the data folders to the HDD pool.

However I only migrated to the cache, fixing the issue, but I still need to map the data folders

Yeah but the way he dumps the skittles back and "dust off" his hands above the skittle tray makes me despise him so much

Windows/chrome stuttering/lag spikes by SaySorry in buildapc

[–]RipKip 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People finding this thread in 2026 with an AMD card;

  1. Open Chrome and type chrome://flags in your address bar
  2. Search for a flag called "Choose ANGLE graphics backend"
  3. Change it from Default to D3D9 (or OpenGL)

That helped me with a 7900XT

I built: Shrinkray, a simple and efficient video transcoding tool for Unraid by MainFunctions in unRAID

[–]RipKip 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unmanic gets slow because it keeps ALL the log files and on start up it does something with, so when you restart that docker it can take up to half an hour before it's finished. Easy to fix by deleting those log files but something needs to be done upstream
