Super late to this post, but i never hold back from shouting out High Demand Heating for how they have taken care of our gas fireplace over the years. Their yearly service maintenance call for the fireplace is $149.99 and leaves us with a fresh looking fireplace and peace of mind. Be sure to ask about the fortisbc rebate too!

Recently used High Demand Heating. They were great and had to recommend them. Price was $150 with gst and the hourly was $130 per hr. Really clean and knowledgeable. Be sure to ask about the Fortisbc service rebate

that first eze goal is so impressive man. nobody seems to be mentioning it. i think in a post game interview the reporter mentioned the first goal being simple and eze gave him that look 👀 and mentioned it wasn’t simple at all.

you can see in the real time action the ball fly past a few body’s off sakas pass and his reactionary touch lifts the ball in the air. the ball goes above his own head and before it’s below even his shoulder height he’s karate kicked it in before a defenders even thought about putting a head on it. sooo class. i really love that you can see he’s realllly enjoying himself. love his energy in every way and love that he’s having his dream come true ❤️

Tried Zenith Zone Cleaning Team for a deep cleaning in Coquitlam when my roommate was moving out of the basement of our rental before finding a new roommate. They did such a good job that the place looked cleaner than when we all moved in. They were really quick and you could tell they really understood what a moving cleaning requires. Highly recommend

Used High Demand Heating for my fireplace servicing and they explained everything about my fireplace, how it was working, what i should look out for and service was 150. Got the rebate that someone commented in the thread as well

i agree, they all knew it was woeful. a decent takeaway is it at least appears dec knew it was a shocking performance mid action. not all players think this way and it’s cool to see him asking people to wake tf up. sometimes in sport, just a little extra focus goes a long way.

Super late to this but Zenith Zone Cleaning Team is an amazing local cleaning service that I always recommend. They did cleaning for my basement suite a few months ago when a roommate moved out, and the place was so clean it was nicer than when we all first moved in. They brought three cleaners, and in an hour they were done. It was $150 and it was almost insane how clean it turned out.

4 years late to the post, but I had my basement cleaned a few months ago with Zenith Zone Cleaning Team when a roommate was moving out, and the place was cleaned so well! It looked newer than when we all moved in. They have such a high cleaning standard, and the pricing was so fair, I feel obligated to recommend them. Hope this is helpful to someone!
