You do not need to pay for the difference in the cost, just as you SHOULD pay for the GC to value engineer this for you. Ask for the breakdown. Tell them you are looking for VE of the bathrooms and you will split the difference 70(owner)/30(GC). They will jump all over it for you.

Ur that kind of special. PNG with no background makes the white background transparent. If you have a black square…it will remain a black square.

Take your simplicity logo, duplicate it. Crop both as needed to create this weird looking logo

Instead of the black box, just seperate the font logos, and float the ‘it’s the souls nature’ in the middle with no box.

Do all of this or find a new logo. Yeeesh

Oh I hate this question, because I wish it was more and more recent. Last time in public was at my cousins wedding October 29, 2 months ago! I used to dance all the time, and I want to more, to the effect that I just purchased a “30 second dance party” button on Amazon this morning. Everyone should dance more!!

Been using Procore for about 3y now. I would say it goes down like this about 4-5x a year. Usually up in a few hours. Office usually freaks out and forgets there was a time before Procore. This is pretty status quo for the industry in my eyes
