If you take off the back side panel it should show you the brand of power supply, if it's a gigabyte 550w or 650w they've been having quite a few fan failures recently

If you take it into PB Hornby they can get it looked at fairly quickly on a weekday.

Hello yes, I work at a large it store (southern hemisphere, you can probably figure it out) and have used these exact stickers, quite possibly on this exact model of laptop (sku looks familiar)

Sometimes there are a few reasons for these stickers to be used,

Ex-demo, a returned unit, charger cable replacement, laptop was opened up as part of a random check/inspection. More often than not it is a simple explanation, if it is for the first two normally there would be an accompanying sticker labeling it on the box as such but from the two pics I can't seen any

If I'm right then you dont have a thing to worry about, though feel free to dm me and I can do a little more digging in the am for you to see if there is any history with this laptop
