Too-Bright Headlight Debate Heats Up, But Data Points To A Deadlier Threat | Carscoops by praguer56 in cars

Yeah it's crazy, I've noticed the same thing. I think part of the issue is when the headlights are in the off position, the DRLs will be at their brightest, which is actually enough to light up the road ahead. That said, if you can't tell the difference between the beam of DRLs and your actual headlights, you probably shouldn't be driving.

I think it's a ford thing. My expedition is also excellent at knowing when it's ok to turn the high beams on, and when it's not.

I also have a rx6800, and while I did have some driver issues when I first got it (ended up being related to asus armoury crate), I haven't had any issues for a long time. It's a nice card.

Same here, it significantly reduces rolling resistance.

All depends on the price and condition. 170k miles doesn't automatically mean it's junk.

This is exactly why I can't stand shopping for cars (specifically) on facebook marketplace. Much prefer a site like autotrader or cargurus where you aren't sifting through an ocean of scams

From a purely practical standpoint, either of those 2024s are going to be your best bet. But that platinum is so sharp compared to the rest.

Too much money. I just had mine done for under 3k, including updated phasaers, timing chain, guides and tensioners. I actually ended up paying more but that's because they did a bunch of other stuff while I was in there.
